Why do images and bar charts don't show up in my saved spot album?

This can happen if the browser keep-alive time-out is set too short. Try to define a longer time-out and reload the report.

Change the keep-alive time-out for Firefox

1. Type into the address field (the one where you normally see the respective web address) "about:config".
2. Confirm the following security note with OK.
3. Copy "network.http.keep-alive.timeout" and paste it into the search field.
4. Please change the value of this preference to a very large number, e.g. 10000.
